Many people claim that their own health problems (like joint pain) go away whenever they go on the Homeopathic Hcg Weight Loss Plan. I do think it is partly due to the fact that they’re getting food allergies out of their system.
The most frequent food allergies are: gluten, wheat, dairy products, citrus, soy, peanuts, sugar, corn and eggs. More than one of these ingredients is in almost everything you will find at the grocery store (except the produce and meat department).
This is why I suggest avoiding the above foods on the Hcg Diet Program then reintroducing one food in big amounts every three days to find out if you notice any signs or symptoms or gaining weight.
Not Long Ago I received an e-mail from a weight loss guru telling me that he finally obtained his six pack abs when he started a wheat-free diet. I am not surprised. Wheat is a highly allergenic food that a high percent of the human population reacts to (reactions could be insidious such as not able to reduce weight, fatigue, lack of sleep, digestive upset, constipation, skin rashes, headaches, joint pain — just about any symptom!)
Wheat contains gluten which happens to be part of the elastic, rubbery protein seen in foods like: gluten wheat germ, gluten wheat flour, gluten rye, gluten barley and gluten oats.
I have seen it over and over in my practice people removing wheat and/or gluten and losing weight just as if it were magic. It happened to me as well. Remember wheat and gluten aren’t your friends. (Gluten sensitive people may also have a condition called Celiac disease and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.)
Try getting rid of gluten for two weeks to see what the results are. (The Optimal HCG Program menus are free of common food sensitivities for 14 weeks and they teach you how to test for wheat and gluten as well as other food sensitivities).
